KipLook

KipLook does not collect your data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We cannot see your photos.

What KipLook stores, and where

Your outfit photos, notes, favourites and profile are stored on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, they also sync to your own private iCloud account so they are available on your other devices and survive a reinstall.

That iCloud data belongs to you and lives in your Apple account. The developer has no access to it and no way to read it. KipLook has no servers of its own and makes no network requests.

Camera

KipLook asks for camera access only to take your daily outfit photo. Photos taken are saved in the app. They are not uploaded anywhere.

Photo library

When you import existing photos, KipLook uses Apple's standard photo picker. It only receives the photos you pick, and never requests access to your photo library. The date of each photo is read from the file itself.

Notifications

If you allow them, KipLook sends you a local reminder to log your look. These are generated on your device. No notification is sent from any server.

Data the app collects

None. The KipLook app collects no personal data, no usage data and no identifiers.

The waitlist on this website

If you type your email into the form on our home page, we store that email address so we can tell you when KipLook is available. That is the only thing we ask for and the only thing we keep.

The form is handled by Web3Forms, which forwards your address to us by email. We use it for nothing else: no advertising, no profiling, and we never sell or share it. To be removed from the list, write to hola@kiplook.com and we'll delete it.

This is separate from the app. If you never use the form, we never have your email.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks and no analytics tools. Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing leaves your device or your iCloud. This website loads its fonts from our own domain, so your browser does not contact any third party just for visiting.

Children

KipLook is safe for all ages. Since no data is collected, none is collected from children either.

Your rights

Because your data never reaches us, there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf. You are always in control: deleting a look removes it from the app, and deleting the app removes its local data. To remove the iCloud copy, delete the KipLook data from your iCloud settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

KipLook no recopila tus datos. No hay cuenta, ni analíticas, ni publicidad, ni seguimiento. No podemos ver tus fotos.

Qué guarda KipLook, y dónde

Tus fotos de outfits, notas, favoritos y perfil se guardan en tu dispositivo. Si tienes iCloud activado, se sincronizan también con tu propia cuenta privada de iCloud, para que estén en tus otros dispositivos y sobrevivan a reinstalar la app.

Esos datos son tuyos y viven en tu cuenta de Apple. El desarrollador no tiene acceso a ellos ni forma de leerlos. KipLook no tiene servidores propios y no hace ninguna petición de red.

Cámara

KipLook pide acceso a la cámara solo para hacer tu foto diaria. Las fotos se guardan en la app y no se suben a ningún sitio.

Carrete

Al importar fotos que ya tienes, KipLook usa el selector estándar de Apple: solo recibe las fotos que eliges y nunca pide acceso a tu fototeca. La fecha se lee del propio archivo.

Notificaciones

Si las permites, KipLook te envía un recordatorio local para registrar tu look. Se generan en tu dispositivo; no se envía nada desde ningún servidor.

Datos que recopila la app

Ninguno. Ni datos personales, ni de uso, ni identificadores.

La lista de espera de esta web

Si escribes tu correo en el formulario de la portada, guardamos esa dirección para avisarte cuando KipLook esté disponible. Es lo único que pedimos y lo único que conservamos.

El formulario lo gestiona Web3Forms, que nos hace llegar tu dirección por correo. No la usamos para nada más: ni publicidad, ni perfiles, y nunca se vende ni se comparte. Para salir de la lista, escribe a hola@kiplook.com y la borramos.

Esto es independiente de la app. Si no usas el formulario, nunca tenemos tu correo.

Terceros

La app no incluye SDKs de terceros, ni redes de publicidad, ni herramientas de analítica. No se comparte nada con nadie, porque nada sale de tu dispositivo ni de tu iCloud. Esta web carga sus tipografías desde nuestro propio dominio, así que tu navegador no contacta con ningún tercero solo por visitarla.

Menores

KipLook es apta para todas las edades. Como no se recopilan datos, tampoco se recopilan de menores.

Tus derechos

Como tus datos nunca llegan hasta nosotros, no hay nada que podamos exportar ni borrar por ti. El control es siempre tuyo: borrar un look lo elimina de la app, y desinstalarla elimina sus datos locales. Para borrar la copia de iCloud, elimina los datos de KipLook desde los ajustes de iCloud.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, se publicará aquí la nueva versión con su fecha.
